  • We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

  • To start a return, contact us at support@mushjava.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • If there is an issue with your packaging, such as damage or missing items, we will gladly cover the cost of the return. However, we are unable to provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases or if the package has been opened.
